Intrinity Receives $125K in Software and Capital
WATERLOO, ON - November 16, 2000: Intrinity Incorporated has announced a deal with Sentricity Inc. for cash and software valued at approximately $125,000. Sentricity is the e-commerce division of the region's leading Internet Service Provider, Sentex Communications. Under the terms of the agreement, Sentricity will provide Intrinity with its Enable e-Business software, along with an infusion of capital.
"The Intrinity model calls for a very progressive e-commerce solution, which is just the environment that Enable was designed for" said Sentricity's president, Keith Winter, who has taken a seat on the Intrinity Advisory Board. "We're very excited about the agreement we've made with Intrinity; this proves Enable as a platform for delivering high volume web commerce applications".
Intrinity president, Matt Bondy said, "we've successfully proven our concept from a marketing perspective and need to rollout with a solution provider that has done it before. While the Enable solution offers a proven platform that will speed our time to market, we are equally pleased with the Internetworking experience that the Sentricity team provides".

Intrinity Completes Market Research with 100% Conversion Rate
WATERLOO, ON - October 13, 2000: If the results of their marketing pilot project are any indication, Intrinity Incorporated is in a position to enjoy explosive growth. In an effort to demonstrate their claim to 'immediate market penetration', the company sent letters to ten potential affinity organizations in the Kitchener / Waterloo area in July and the results are now in.
Eight out of the ten organizations asked to participate responded to the offer, but two additional organizations caught wind of the program and asked to be involved, yielding an effective conversion rate of 100% for the company's marketing efforts.
"Needless to say, we are very pleased with the results," said Intrinity president, Matt Bondy. "We expected good results, as our model was specifically designed to curtail the high cost of marketing inherent in many e-commerce initiatives, but we had to be able to prove our competitive advantage to potential investors. Now we have the evidence we needed to back our claims and can proceed to rolling out our model."
